Our five-step methodology is specifically designed to provide motivated clients with the “approach” and the “resources” necessary to achieve the required results… and to do so in a way that generates a compelling and sustainable Return on Investment.

Introductory Discussion
The intent is to meet with you and key members of your organization to understand areas where you feel things need to be better. A good way to start these discussions is with the question: “what keeps you up at night?” It might be a current situation or aspect of your organization that is not doing what it should be doing – despite repeated attempts to make it right. Or it might be a potential opportunity for which you are just not sure where to begin.
In our experience such opportunities or gaps fall into one or more of the following four categories:
- Costs and/or Revenue vs. Investment: Is the organization generating the required return on capital invested?
- Schedule Attainment: Is the organization able to deliver products and services on time?
- Quality: How often are things done right the first time?
- Service: Does the organization provide exactly what customers want?
Opportunity Assessment
Once it has been established from both sides that an opportunity in the organization could benefit from our services the next step is for us to take an in-depth look at your particular situation. The purpose of such an Assessment is for us to show you the following:
- The magnitude of the opportunity we will help you recover
- The return on investment you should expect to achieve
Project Engagement
Our on-site engagement teams utilize a proven approach to achieve sustainable improvements for our clients. Each Project Engagement is uniquely structured to deliver the specific results identified during the Opportunity Assessment. This includes Weekly Update meetings as well as tracking Actual Cash Flow against the Planned Cash Flow.
We rely heavily on detailed Schedules and Active Management to ensure that our clients receive the maximum possible value from our efforts. We pro-actively manage the inevitable challenges that typically come up in such complex organizational change initiatives.
Sustainability Support
As our client, it is our mission to convince you to become a reference for us. In exchange for your loyalty and support we commit to helping you sustain the Results achieved through the Engagement. You will have access to this support for a period of one year following the conclusion of each project.
Continuous Improvement
For clients looking to use the skills, tools and methodology gained during the engagement to continue to drive results we offer additional services designed to support these efforts. From training programs to audits we assist you in a cost-effective way so your organization can further build on the success of the initial engagement.
